  • Load and run the dishwasher.

  • Take the trash out to the big can on the side of the house. Trash comes Tuesday and Friday mornings. If you happen to be here, it would be great if you could pull the can to the alley behind the house. They will come down the alley to dump it.

  • Check your backseat, front seat, trunk and suitcase to ensure that you’ve left everything that belongs at Beach Vibez at Beach Vibez. We do a thorough inventory before and after each guest. A PORTION OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL be held if items are removed from the home.

  • Text (317) 656-0089 as soon as you leave to alert the cleaning crew you are checked-out.

  1. Keep the sand at the beach, no shoes in the house and utilize the outdoor shower to get most sand off

  2. If you lose it, replace it (toys, towels, chairs, etc.)

  3. Please treat our home as if your review depends on it. :)

  4. Be respectful of the neighbors, no parties at the house or pool

  5. Wristbands are for your use but should you lose one or take it with you, you will be charged $25 PER WRISTBAND.

-Walk to music, restaurants, shopping ~.6 miles (red line on map)

There are two beach access points we recommend:

-Seacrest (blue line)- .7 mile walk or ride the tram.

Tram instructions:

  • The tram runs from 9:3-5:30 May - October.

  • Walk South toward the pool and follow that street past the gate ~.2 miles. Tram stop is on the left. Call the number on the sign when you arrive and a tram will be by shortly to pick you up. 12 and older MUST have a wristband on to ride the tram AND access the private beach.

  • The tram drops you about .2 miles from the beach so be prepared to walk with your items the rest of the way. Bikes are not allowed past the gate to the beach.

-Orange Street (orange line) ~ 1.4 mile drive. There is parking and public restrooms. The boardwalk to the beach is great and there are lifeguards on duty during the season. This is a PUBLIC beach and no wristbands are required.
