All Seasons, Lightweight Quilt

Embrace the tranquility of a minimalist design yet classy pattern. Crafted from premium materials, this quilt offers a lightweight design that is ideal for all months. There are abundant color options and the exquisite stitching will add a touch of elegance to your rental space, creating a serene retreat for your guests. Bonus, they wash and dry easily since they are a lightweight material!

To duvet or not to Duvet? That is the question.

I feel like I have a stronger than normal opinion on duvet covers. :) On one hand, they are so convenient! Easy to wash, you can have multiple on hand without it costing and arm and a leg and they come in fun patterns and colors. On the other hand, they are super annoying to put the insert back into after washing which adds time to the turnover process. This one has a zipper closure which I really like. It is 100% polyester so keep that in mind before buying. CLEANING TIP* Keep a bottle of peroxide and a toothbrush on hand to pretreat stains before washing.

The new Duvet Cover and Sham Bundles from CGK Linens are a great place to start. After all, what’s cozier than soft, smooth bedding in rich, aesthetic colors? This one caught my eye as I really like the light stripes. It adds a lot of character without feeling too overwhelming in your space.

Here is another really great duvet that is made of double-brushed microfiber. Be sure to consider your location, humidity levels, average temperature etc. before deciding on the material you buy for your bedding. The last thing you want is to spend hundreds of dollars on bedding that doesn't work for your seasons.

Don't forget the Mattress Pad!

Please, please, please do yourself a huge favor and invest in a high quality mattress pad! Even if the owner will not purchase it, you should! We have had a few too many instances where beds have been soiled by coffee, soda, etc. and the mattress has gotten stained. Trust me when I tell you, some guests will rip off the bedding before they go to bed and check the mattress. Even just a water spill can stain so take a proactive approach and protect the mattress before anything happens.

Has anyone ever had an owner buy the absolute hardest mattress and guests are constantly complaining? ME! Here is a great topper that won't break the bank. Bonus, it is "cooling".

Those are the ones we've been using but I'll update here if we find some others. When it comes to choosing the right quilts for your short-term rental, remember to prioritize quality, comfort, and style. By investing in quality linens like the ones mentioned above, you not only enhance the overall experience for your guests but also elevate the visual appeal of your space.

So why wait? Upgrade your rental property with these lightweight quilts and create a welcoming oasis that your guests will love. After all, when it comes to hospitality, every detail counts, and the right linens can truly make a difference!
